Where does the intelligence come from?
ismee uses OpenAI's API Platform for language intelligence, always grounded in your own documentation.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Data sent through OpenAI's API is not used to train its models.
Is our knowledge kept private?
Each organisation's data is isolated, access is role-based, and it's encrypted in transit and at rest.
How long is data retained?
OpenAI may hold API data for up to 30 days to run the service and detect abuse, then deletes it.
Is the AI platform independently audited?
OpenAI's API Platform is SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
What about GDPR?
We build for GDPR-aligned data handling and can provide a Data Processing Addendum for customers.
